    Very Good
This was my first time cooking greens like this. I loved them! The only thing was, I cut up the bacon first, and so it stayed soft and fatty. Next time, I will either cook up the bacon first until crunchy, or add whole strips of the bacon. - 3/9/08

This was absolutely delicious, I replaced the bacon with a smoked turkey leg and not a drop of it was left after lunch. It will become a favorite at our place from now on... hubby and daughter both devoured it! - 3/1/08

    Incredible!
Excellent! Not many people know about the secret weapon of the cider vinegar in greens...these are awesome! The only other thing I add is about 1-2 tbsp of sugar (trust me on this, it rounds out the flavor so well). Whenever I make these, my 15-yr-old son eats it all in one day which says a lot! - 1/29/08
