Just the way my mom made ribs. Just the way my mom made ribs.
Number of Servings: 6


    3 to 4 pounds country-style pork ribs
    1 cup barbecue sauce


I use a blue enamel roaster and prefer Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce.


Arrange ribs in a single layer in a roasting pan. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Skim off excess fat. Brush sauce onto ribs. Continue baking, uncovered, turning and adding sauce occasionally, until ribs are tender, about 1 hour more.
