Ingredients

    2 Large eggs
    1 Thin slice of shaved deli ham
    Fresh chives

    1 Flour tortilla

Tips

This is also great with fresh spinach & tomatoes.


Directions

Put the eggs, ham, & chives into a non-stick fry pan. Stir to break up the eggs. Cook thru, stirring occasionally until done. Wrap in flour tortilla.
