    1 cup cornmeal
    1 cup flour
    1/3 cup Splenda
    1 tsp salt
    1 Tbsp baking powder
    1 cup fat free evaporated milk
    1 egg
    1/2 cup low fat sour cream


Mix together cornmeal, flour, splenda, salt and baking powder. In a seperate bowl, beat egg, then stir in milk and sour cream. Add liquid to dry and mix well. Pour into 12 count muffin pan coated with Pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until browned.
