    watermelon in chunks 2100 gr
    pumpkin seeds, toasted 130 gr
    fresh mint, chopped 60 gr
    lime juice, fresh 1c or 3 limes apx
    feta, sheep's milk 135 gr (optional)


Combine all ingredients. Toast pumpkin seeds in a dry skillet in constant motion. The seeds will brown, even pop, but not smoke or burn.

Serving Size: makes 8 1 1/2 cup servings
