Introduction

Ingredients

    1.5 c. oatmeal
    2 T. sugar (or less - whatever you prefer here)
    1 egg
    1 banana
    1/4 c. pecans, chopped
    2 T. ground flax
    1/3 c. milk (this reciped used 2%)
    cinnamon to taste

Directions

grind oatmeal in the blender and set aside. Use blender/processor to combine egg, milk and banana. Add oatmeal and remaining ingredients except pecans and blend. If the batter is thick you may want to add a bit more milk. Stir in pecans, heat pan and cook batter.

Serving Size: 1 Small Pancake
