This is a yummy, and quick dessert, that takes very little time to make, and is pretty quick to set. Enjoy as a flan or a custard. Try with other flavors too. Ingredients

    2 Cups Water
    2 Cups Milk
    1 Tsp Vanilla
    1 Cup Sugar
    1/4 Cup Agar Agar

Directions

Boil water, milk, vanilla, and sugar in a large pot, stirring frequently-watch to make sure the milk doesn't boil over the side. Add the Agar Agar. Turn heat down to simmer, and allow to simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Pour mixture into 9"x 13" dish or individual dishes, and put in refrigerator until firm.
