    2 small apples chopped
    1 pint blueberries
    1 cup sliced strawberries
    4 oz Fage 0% yogurt


chop all ingredients then fold in yogurt if you want a fruit salad


chop all ingredients and first add Fage to bottom of blender, next add fruit and blend until smooth for smoothie, add ice if desired
