    2 tblsp oil
    3 tblsp flour
    1 large onion
    2 bell peppers
    6 stalks celery
    1 lb okra
    1 lb shrimp
    2 links soyrizo


Make a roux with oil and flour
Add trinity (onion, celery, bell peppers) and cook until soft, then add broth
Add spices (cajun spice, file, etc)
Add okra and cook 5 minutes
Add shrimp and cook 4 minutes

Serving Size: 1/6th of recipe (about 2 cups)
