    3 chicken breasts, pounded thin
    3 slices reduced fat alpine lace
    6 slices black forest low fat ham
    1/3 cup breadcrumbs
    italian dressing for dredging
    salt & pepper


Pound three chicken breasts about 1/4" thick. Season with salt & pepper. In the center, lay one slice ham, one slice cheese and another slice of ham. Fold breast over. Tie or use toothpicks to secure. Dip in italian dressing, then in breadcrumbs to coat. Bake in a 425 oven for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
