Ingredients

    .75 cup oats
    .25 cup oat bran
    1 tbs whole wheat flour
    .25 cup crushed nuts
    6 eg whites
    125 grams cottage cheese
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 banana
    add .75 cup berries

Directions

mix all ingredients together in blender except nuts. blend until smooth. add nuts and fruit bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. they freeze well
