    Pork Tenderloin, 40 oz
    Olive Oil, .5 cup
    Any dry smokey mesquite seasoning herb mix.


Combine oil and seasoning in plastic sealable bag, then add pork roast. Marinade for at least 2 hours or longer. Place roast on rotisserie tongs, and tie the rost tightly with butcher's string. Place in rotisserie for 45-60 minutes depending of preferred doneness. cut in to half inch slices and serve.
