Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 8 tsp (remove)
    Banana, fresh, 3 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) (remove)
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 0.25 cup (remove)
    *Skim Milk, 0.33 cup (remove)
    *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, 1 cup (remove)
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.75 cup (remove)
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)
    Baking Soda, 0.5 tsp (remove)
    Walnuts, 0.33 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Great Value Iodized Salt, 0.25 tsp (remove)

Directions

1. Beat eggs and sugar until frothy.
2. Add remaining wet ingredients.
3. Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl and add in increments to wet
ingredients.
4. Fold in walnuts.
5. Coat 9x5in or 8x8in loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray and line
with flour.
6. Cook in preheated oven at 325 degrees F for about 1 hour or until an inserted fork comes out clean.
