Introduction

Homemade chili using both extra-lean ground beef and ground chicken. Homemade chili using both extra-lean ground beef and ground chicken.
Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    1 small package of extra lean ground beef (400 g)
    1 small package of ground chicken 9440 g)
    1 medium onion - chopped
    2 cans chopped stewed tomatoes
    2 cans dark red kidney beans
    1 can tomato paste
    1 green pepper - chopped
    1 red pepper chopped
    1 package Clubhouse Chili Seasoning

Directions

1 small package of extra lean ground beef (400 g)
1 small package of ground chicken 9440 g)
1 medium onion - chopped

Scramble fry beef, chiken and onion until browned.

In large pot combine:

2 cans chopped stewed tomatoes
2 cans dark red kidney beans
1 can tomato paste
1 green pepper - chopped
1 red pepper chopped
1 package Clubhouse Chili Seasoning

Bring to slow boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 - 45 minutes until peppers are soft.

Remove from heat.

Add approximately 3 ounces of grated marble or other cheese blend and stir.
