    1 cup Skim Milk
    3 teaspoons Sugar
    1 teaspoon Vanilla
    *Ingredients not to be eaten:
    6 tablespoons Salt


Top with fresh fruit or any other toppings you like and enjoy!
You can also use soy milk or almond milk with sugar substitutes to make it vegan!


Add salt and ice in a large plastic bag. Next add ingredients in a small plastic bag. Place the small plastic bag in the large plastic bag and shake for 4-10 minutes until desired consistency.
