    Organic Chicken Broth: 6 cups
    Organic Red Cabbage: 1 head, small
    Organic Onions, fresh: 1/2 medium or about 1 cup
    Organic Spinach, frozen: 12 oz. pack (about 3 cups)
    Organic Mushrooms [Giorgio 4 oz can]: about 1 cup
    Organic Yellow Squash, fresh: 1 small (about 1 cup)

    Seasonings to taste:
    Granulated organic garlic
    Organic Herbs de Provence
    Sea Salt & pepper


Good side to meat, or add cooked meat/ poultry to individual bowls


Simmer broth, onion, spinach until onion is tender. Add cabbage, simmer until tender (broth turns purple red). Add filtered water as needed for desired consistency. Add mushrooms and squash; simmer until squash is slightly softened yet still crunchy.
