    angel food cake mix
    1 1/4 cups cold water
    1 tsp peppermint extract
    red and green food coloring


1.Preheat oven to 325 line muffin tins with papers.
2. mix cake mix water and peppermint extract (if desired) with beater until mixed.
3. divide batter in half and add about 5-6 drops of red food coloring.
4. Layer white and pick batter into pand, filling about 3/4 full.
5.Bake for approx. 10-12 mins. until tops start to brown and cracks are dry.
6. Divide cool whip in hald and color half pink and have light grenn ( about 4-5 drops)
7. When fully cooled frost with colored cool whip
