Ingredients

    1 Slice of Ezeikel Bread
    1 tsp dijon mustard
    1 leaf lettuce
    1 slice tomato
    2 slices turkey bacon, cooked crisp
    1 slice Thin Sargento Cheddar
    1 large egg, over medium, cooked in PAM

Directions

Toast bread.
Spread with mustard.
Top with lettuce and tomato.
Top with Turkey Bacon.
Top with Cheese.
Top with egg.
Salt and pepper to taste.
