Ingredients

    Berry Mixture:
    2 cups mixed berries
    1.25 Tbsp rice flour
    1 tsp lemon juice

    Crumble Mixture:
    1/2 cup large oats
    1/4 cup rice flour
    1/4 cup olive oil
    dash nutmeg ( I didn't have on hand)
    dash cinnamon ( I did 3/4 tbsp )

Tips

I added whipped cream


Directions

Microwave or thaw berries till semi thawed.
Mix in rice flour & lemon juice. Spoon into small dish.
Crumble: Add all dry ingredients, mix in oil. Spread over berries.

Bake till crumble is brown or for 25-30 minutes.

Serve at room temp. or cold with plain whipped cream.
