    -about 5 medium peaches
    -1/4 c (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
    -1/2 cup self-rising flour
    -1/2 cup zero calorie baking sweetener (xylitol blend)
    -1/2 cup non-fat milk


Double this recipe for a full size cobbler in a 9x11 pan. If doubled, bake for approximately 45 to 60 minutes.


-Preheat oven to 350 and place butter in small, half size casserole dish (I used 6x9) in the oven to melt while the oven preheats.
-Peel and slice enough peaches to cover the bottom of the dish and fill it about halfway up.
-Mix together flour, milk, and sweetener and pour over peaches and melted butter.
-Bake for about 30 minutes or until cobbler is golden brown and bubbly. Enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes 1 small cobbler with 4 servings
