than place 3 uncooked noodles in the bottom

place sliced mushooms 1/3 and 1/3 of the fresh spinich
than a new layer of noodles continue to layer 2 more layers top with parm. cheese
cover with foil and bake at 350 for 45 min than remove foil and bake for 10 more min.
remove from oven let it sit for 10 more mins than enjoy
