Ingredients

    1 cup finely chopped cucumber peeled and seeded and squeezed dry
    2 cups nonfat plain greek yogurt
    1/2 cup reduced fat crumbled feta
    1tsp or 2 cloves minced garlic
    1 TBS lemon juice
    2 TBS minced onion
    1 tsp dried oregano

Directions

combine all ingredients together and chill in fridge for at least 1 hour
