Number of Servings: 1


    4 Won Ton wrappers.
    2 sticks of light string cheese.
    Cooking spray.


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly spray baking sheet with cooking spray. On the baking sheet, lay wrappers side by side, overlapping. Seal the area where they overlap by moistening with water. Place your cheese stick on the wrappers, moisten all edges. Fold in the ends first, then roll it up. Repeat with other 2 wrappers and the second cheese stick. Make sure the edges are sealed good. Spray lightly with cooking spray. Sprinkle on seasoning of your choice. Bake till golden brown on bottom, flip and bake till bottom is golden brown again. It took about 10 minutes total in my convection oven. Will take a bit longer in conventional oven.

Serving Size: 2 large cheese sticks. Eat them both or share, you decide!!!
