    Banana, fresh, 2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)
    *Egg Beaters Egg Whites Liquid Egg Products, 0.25 cup
    *MaraNatha almond butter, 1.25 tbsp
    *Bob's Red Mill Ground Flax Meal, 1 tbsp
    *Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour, 1 tbsp


You could add a little baking soda, baking powder, & salt to these or even some cinnamon.


Mash banana, add other ingredients; blend well. Pour onto griddle; brown both sides.

Serving Size: makes 4 medium sized pancakes
