Ingredients



    *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 3.25 cup
    *jalepeno, pepper, fresh (1 pepper =1serving), 1 serving
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .25 cup, chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), .25 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Cilantro, raw, 8 tbsp
    *Lawry's Taco Seasoning, 9 tsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp
    Lime Juice, 1 lime yields

Tips

I make my own taco seasoning, so not sure of actual calorie count.


Directions

Dice vegetables. In large bowl, mix all ingredients. Add to food processor, just enough to mix. Pulse until desired consistency is reached.
