    2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
    1.5 Cups of White Rice
    3 tbsp Kroger lite soy sauce
    2tbsp Oil
    1 packet of Sun-bird General Tso's chicken seasoning mix


chop and cook chicken in a pan. While that is cooking prepare rice according to package. Do the same for the sauce mix (instructions on the packet) Mix chicken and sauce and pour over rice.
