    2 white potatoes, scrubbed and sliced into 1-2 inch strips
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp sugar


heat oven to 425
line baking sheet with foil. If you have one, place cooling rack over baking sheet and spray with cooking spray. (this will prevent you having to turn the fries)
Slice potatoes and place in large bowl. Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with salt and sugar (add other spices if desired). Mix well with hands. Spread out on cookie sheet or cooling rack in single layer. Bake about 30 minutes until crisp to your desire. If you are not using a rack I would turn the fries after 15 minutes.

Serving Size: 2 servings, 1 potato each
