    * 1- 9 inch regular pie crust (cooked)
    * 6 cups of Blueberries
    * 1/4 c. sugar
    * 2 T. cornstarch
    * 2 T water
    * 1/4 c. cold water
    * 1 T. Butter
    * 1 T. lemon juice
    * 1 can light whipping cream


Cook you frozen pie crust first. use 1T of cream per serving


Combine 2 c. berries, sugar, and 2 T water in large saucepan. Bring to boil. Dissolve cornstarch in 1/4 c. of cold water; add to blueberry mixture. Return to boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low & cook for 2 minutes stirring.Remove from heat. Stir in butter, lemon juice and remaining 4 cups of blueberries. Spoon into pie crust & let it stand until set. Serve with cream.
