    1/2 cup Flaxseed Meal
    1 1/2 cup Coconut Flour
    1/4 tsp. Salt
    1 TBS. Unsweetened, Shredded Coconut

    1 Large Egg
    6 TBS. Coconut Milk
    12 TBS. Water


This is more like a tea cracker/cookie. They taste great with thinly sliced fruit on top.


Beat wet ingredients, then add to the dry ingredients.
MUST use parchment paper. Flatten dough on parchment paper as evenly as you can.

bake for 10 minutes, remove from oven to cut into pieces and bake for 15 more minutes.
