    1 cup packed spinach
    1/2 cup OJ
    1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    1/2 frozen banana (75 g)
    1/2 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
    1 cup vanilla soy milk


unless you have a very powerful blender, blend the spinach with some of the OJ first so it is not stringy. Add all other ingredients and blend until smooth.
Serves 2
