Ingredients

    1lb - Extra lean ground turkey
    1 Cup - Cooked brown rice
    2 tbs – Minced Garlic
    2 tbs – Honey Mustard
    3 tbs – Egg Whites
    7 tbs – World Harbors Jamaican Style Jerk
    5 - Slices Fresh Pineapple
    5 – Whole Grain Hamburger Buns
    1 - Large Hole Yam (I like Hawaiian yams)

    Pam spray butter flavored

    Mashed Avocado, Spicy Brown mustard, and spinach as condiments


Directions

Pre-heat grill…
In a large bowl mix ground turkey, garlic, honey mustard, brown rice, egg whites, and 2 tbs of the Jamaican jerk sauce together. Make 5 equal patties (brush on ½ tbs of jerk sauce on one side of each patty)
Cut the yam in half length wise and then into thin strips. Place yams into a bowl, spray with pan and sprinkle with salt and garlic. Place on hot grill and grill for 7-10 min on each side
After yam is cooked place turkey burgers sauce face down on grill along with the fresh pineapple. Flip burgers and pineapple after cooking for about 5 min. Brush on left over sauce on burgers and cook tell well done.
On one side of the bun spread mashed avocado and on the other side spread spicy deli mustard. Stack turkey burger, Pineapple and spinach inside of bun and enjoy.
