    Aldi Extra Lean Beef Mince, 300 gram
    Zucchini, 3 cup, julienned
    Cabbage, fresh, 3 cup, shredded
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
    Fresh Chives, 1 tbsp chopped
    Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Green Beans (snap), 1 cup
    Continental Low Sodium Chicken Noodle Soup (Dry), 2 serving (noodles strained out of mix)
    Curry powder, 1 tbsp
    Water, 1/2 cup


In skillet brown the mince until cooked, add all the vegetables and cook until the cabbage starts to cook down. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for approx 30 minutes

Serve with a little soy sauce if necessary

Serving Size: 4 serves approximately 1 1/2 cups
