Ingredients

    4 Cups red cabbage, shredded
    1 onion, chopped
    1 apple. peeled and chopped
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup cider vinegar
    4 bones pork chops

Directions

Place cabbage and apple in a slow cooker. combine sugar and vinegar, pour over cabbage and stir to mix. Place pork chops on top of mixture. Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
