A full teaspoon of ground pepper and one of cayenne is extremely spicy. We like spicy but this about burned out our innards. lol I will 1/2 each next time I make this recipe. - 2/8/12

    Very Good
Makes 2 very generous servings. My husband the carnivore even liked it. I used less than half the recommend spice amounts and added some spaghetti sauce for more flavor and sauciness.
I made this a 2ndx with original spice prescription and it burned my mouth. too hot for this kid.

Sounds about like one I make (but I'll have to try it with tumeric). I use beans with chili seasoning, angel hair and add shredded cheese and onion to the top. - 2/5/12
