You have to mix these ingredients to taste You have to mix these ingredients to taste

    Use White Wine Vinegar (you can use others but white wine vinegar is nice and a little sweet, cider vinegar would make another good choice)

    1/3 cup White Wine or other semisweet light/fruity vinegar
    4 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1-2 teaspoons Jamaican Jerk marinade
    Dash Salt
    4Tablespoons Honey or sugar (honey adds a different flavor element)


Mix all of the ingredients to taste, shake well before serving. The honey helps balance the heat and acid of the Vinegar and Jerk Marinade. It also works well with the milder jerk BBQ sauce but use twice as much or more sauce.
