Ingredients

    1/4 Cup- Old Fashioned Oats
    1/4 Cup- Plain or Vanilla Nonfat Yogurt
    1/3 Cup- Coconut Milk
    1 TBSP- Peanut Butter
    1 TBSP- Cocoa Powder
    1 TSP- Vanilla Extract
    1 TSP- No Calorie Sweetener
    1/2- Sliced Banana

Tips

No vanilla extract needed if you use the vanilla flavored coconut milk.


Directions

Mix ingredients together in a storage container with the bananas on top. Store in refrigerator overnight. Keeps for a few days so you can make a few ahead of time. Enjoy cold, no need to heat.

    Cut some calories by using less peanut butter (will experiment w/PB2) and subbed cashew milk for the coconut milk. Nice flavor. Elvis is in the house! - 4/27/21
