    2 cups - bisqick heart healthy pancake mix
    1 1/3 cup - Skim milk
    1 - fresh banana cut into half
    3 tsp - Brown Sugar
    2 egg white (i use 6 tbs of egg whites)


in a large bowl mix together pancake mix, milk, brown sugar and egg whites. Whisk togther

after lumps are no longer in pancake mix mash half of the banana and fold into mix

heat frying pan and spay with pam.. cook pancakes

slice up the other half of the banana and place onto of cooked pancakes

Serving Size: makes 5 - 3 pancake servings
