    Cinnamon, ground, .125 tsp (remove)
    *Tilapia, 16 oz (remove)
    Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Limes, 1 fruit (2" dia) (remove)

Heat oil in nonstick Dutch oven over medium heat.Add garlic, & onion;cook stirring frequently until light golden brown, about 3 mins. add bell pepper and cook ;stir often about 2 mins until softened.

Add tomatoes,corn,salt,& cinnamon. Add tilpia, stirring gently to coat fish with salt; return to boil. Reduce the heat and simmer,covered until fish is opaque in center about 6 min. Serve stew in bowls;sprinkle with the cilantro and serve with the lime wedges.
