Ingredients

    6 oz. Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
    8 oz. skim milk
    1 Tablespoon Reduced Fat Crunchy Peanut Butter
    1 oz. Protein Technologies Soy Protein Isolate
    1 Tablespoon Hershey's Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup
    1 Cup crushed ice

Directions

Place first five ingredients in a blender and blend until mixed. Then add 1 cup of crushed ice and blend until smooth consistency. Makes a quick and filling breakfast smoothie or after workout protein drink.
