Ingredients

    9 cup of Kale, or a bundle of it with stems discarded
    3 Tbs of olive oil
    salt to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 475.

Put olive oil in a ziploc.

Place Kale in ziploc, zip and shake until all leaves are covered in olive oil.

Spread onto a baking sheet evenly, then sprinkle with salt.

Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes or until leaves are crunchy, flipping Kale halfway through.

Enjoy!
