Ingredients

    3 Lrge eggs
    1/2 cup seedless cucumber
    dash of garlic salt
    dash of salt

Tips

Make sure to use a SEEDLESS cucumber for best results and accurate calories. No salad dressing is required due to the juce within the cucumbers.


Directions

Bring 3 large eggs to boil. Once boiled rinse with cool water. Frigate eggs. Rrigate eggs for at least one hour.

When eggs are cold dice 1/2 cup of a seedless cucumber into small pieces.

Remove shell from eggs. Remove egg yolk. With an egg slicer or knive cut egg whites into small pieces.

Combine cucumbers & egg whites on a small plate.

Sprinkle with garlic salt & salt- to taste.

Serving Size: Makes 1 snall salad
