    *Carnation Canned Evaporated Milk, 24 tbsp (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 6 large (remove)
    *Flour, white, .1875 cup (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 3 cup (remove)
    Yellow Food Color, 1 serving (remove)
    Vanilla Wafers, 330 grams (remove)
    Banana, fresh, 12 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)


Separate egg whites.
Combine egg yolks, Carnation Milk, Flour, Vanilla, 2 cups sugar and Food color into double boiler.
Cook pudding in double boiler until thick
Layer 13 x 8 pan Wafers, Banana slices, then pudding until full
Combine 1 cup sugar and egg white
beat until peaks

Serving Size: 12 - 1 cup
