*Shady Brook Farm Turkey Sausage (Sweet Italian) (1 link), 4 serving
Mushrooms, fresh, 5 large
Shrimp, raw, 10 medium
Cauliflower, raw, 4 floweret
*Cubanelle Pepper, 3 serving
Tips
You can add a marinara sauce over the top of each pepper when they come out of the oven, but that is not calculated here.
You may have extra stuffing, just cook it in a small ramekin at the same time as you cook the peppers.
Directions
Chop mushrooms, shrimp, and cauliflower; remove sausages from their casings; blend together; Half each Cubanelle, fill with stuffing mixture.
Place in a greased pan; cook for about 25 - 30 minutes (or until stuffing is cooked through) in a 350 F oven.
