    1 lb. ground Turkey
    1/2 c. chopped Onion
    1 envelope Taco Seasoning
    1 (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
    1 1/4 c. 1% Milk
    3/4 c. Bisquick Baking Mix
    3 eggs
    2 tomatoes, sliced
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack Cheese


Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes, Shredded lettuce, and more cheese if desired. Adjust calorie intake as desired items are added.
You can also use ground beef, ground chicken, or pork sausage instead of the Turkey. Adjust calorie intake accordingly.
I also use my own seasoning mix so I can control the amount of salt that goes in.


Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray pie pan or square cake pan with cooking Spray. Cook ground Turkey and onion until brown, drain. Add seasoning. Spread on pan;, top with chilies.
In blender mix baking mix, milk, and eggs on high for 15 seconds. Pour over meat mixture in pan. Bake for 25 minutes. Top with sliced tomatoes and cheese. Bake for 8-10 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes.
