    2 boxes white cake mix
    2 cups flour
    2 cups Granulated Sugar
    1 1/2 tsp Salt
    1/4 cup Canola Oil
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    2 tsp Almond Extract
    16 oz Sour Cream, reduced fat
    8 Egg whites


Whisk dry ingredients in bowl. Add liquid ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased/floured baking pans and bake at 325 F until cakes test done.

Fill with desired filling. Frost with favorite icing.

Serving Size: 1 10" single layer cake, 2 8" single layer cakes, and a 6" single layer cake (approx 42 servings)
