Tastey, easy salad with low carbs. Tastey, easy salad with low carbs.
Number of Servings: 6


    1-1/4 pounds imitation crab meat
    6 stalks green onion, chopped thin (scallions)
    2 large stalks celery chopped thin
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    Ground pepper to taste
    1-2 packets Splenda or other sweetener (optional)


The salad is good with or without the sweetener. It's a matter of preference with how you like your salad. Try it both ways and see what works for you.


1. In a bowl, stir together mayonnaise and lemon juice (sweetener, too, if you desire) until smooth
2. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well mixed
Serve cold

Serving Size: Makes roughly 6 1-cup servings
