    2 cups dry red beeans
    1 onion, chopped
    2 garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp Cumin
    1.5 cups blended rice


Rinse and soak beans in 5 cups water overnite.
Coat slow-cooker with non-stick spray.
Place drained beans, garlic, cumin and 4 cups water in slow cooker for 6 hours, low heat.
Prepare rice as indicated.
Serve beans over rice
