Ingredients

    Shake squash and 1tbs oil in container with a dash of salt and pepper. Bake on 450 for 20 min on sheet pan. Set aside to cool.

    Mix other ingredients for dressing (minus feta and arugula). Add dressing, arugula, feta and squash right before eating.
