    4 medium scallions
    1 chilli pepper (or more if you like it hot!)
    1 medium egg
    1 tbsp cilantro (or more if you like more)
    200g ground pork


Makes 6 "cakes", serves 2/3 as meal, or can be eaten cold as snack. (cals is per cake)

1) Blend first 3 ingredients, then add the pork and cilantro and blend until smooth ish.
2) Shape into 6 balls, flatten slightly.
3) spritz a pan with lowfat frying spray and then cook on medium heat until golden brownon both sides, flipping halfway. (should take about 15-20 min cooking time) MAKE SURE they are cooked all the way through!

serve with salad and sweet thai chilli dipping sauce.
