    1 lb. ground beef
    2 10 oz. pkgs. frozen spinach, thawed
    4 oz. can mushrooms
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. parmesan cheese
    2 T. onion flakes
    1 t. salt


Preheat oven to 350 f.
Cook beef. Add mushrooms. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Put in 8x8 baking dish and bake for 30 min.
